
Quality education is a right. But worldwide, it is still far from reality.
In a feature by the magazine MO, extremely vulnerable schools were brought into focus — often located in remote, rural areas with hardly any resources.
They were given the unflattering name “mud schools”: places where students learn barefoot, teachers are underpaid, and even the basics are missing — desks, books, electricity.
And yet, these schools do not give up. Their teachers are often heroes: creative, resilient, and dedicated to their students every single day, despite all challenges.
These schools want to take part in international projects. Their students have just as many dreams, just as much right to connection and exchange. But the barriers are high.
